Who are the Real Health Heros?

On todays installment of “Things that are really starting to tick me off” – The wrong health heros being celebrated. This may be a sensitive topic but I am no longer mincing words.

I am very tired of hearing and seeing people celebrated, congratulated, and held up as health heros for getting jabbed, for complying with masking, social distancing, and quarantining. These people are celebrated regardless of their health status going in. They can be sick, diseased, overweight, and live unhealthy lifestyles but they go get the needle and are suddenly ‘saving humanity’.

What about the people who:

•Take their health seriously 24×7, 365 days a year for decades

•Eat healthy, unprocessed, whole foods, and naturally raised animal products

•Avoid sugar, processed foods and toxic meats

•Exercise 5+ times a week

•Avoid toxins as much as possible by using toxin free personal care products, cleaning products and are very intentional about what they put in and on their bodies

•Make sure their nervous systems are functioning at a high level by getting adjusted, practicing good sleep habits, and having good posture and ergonomics•Practice prayer and gratitude daily

•Take supplements to bridge the gap in our depleted food supply and to build a titanium immune system

•Get sun and fresh air daily•Are not on any medications and have no diagnoses or co-morbidities.

The second person is me.

The second person is many other people I know.

The second person is the one that is the TRUE HEALTH HERO!

I (and my family) have not only been living a healthy lifestyle that sets us up for success and protects us from things like viruses, pathogens and disease…we have been TEACHING it to others for decades!

We get no mention on mainstream media, we get no fanfare, no stickers, no bragging rights on social media. Instead, we are called irresponsible. We are told we don’t follow the science. We are told that what we have done can be thrown out the window. We are pressured to diminish God’s amazing design and the laws of natural health and healing and trust mans plan.

Nope. Not me. I will continue on, steeled firmly against our failed “health care” system that should be more aptly named our “sick care” system. #thingsthatarereallystartingtotickmeoff
