This is one of those things where I was thinking to myself that there is NO WAY this is true. I caught wind of a headline that said, “Texas Hospital Putting Plastic Bags on People’s Heads.” I had to look into this one. Sure enough, I went to the Odessa’s Accountability Page and found this post.
I commented on the post because it is just so outrageous. You can see this woman commented back. To say I was shocked is an understatement. Had this happened to my daughter, I would file suit, file a malpractice claim and file criminal charges!
This, apparently, is PROTOCOL!
